⚡Directions to cleanse any space: Simply pass the incense stick around the space or object you want to cleanse or energize and encircle it three times. You can also visualize the individual or place and draw three clockwise circles. To cleanse aura/chakras/kundalini: Pass the incense stick around your body encasing it in a protecting bubble. Do this, 3 times clockwise. Then from your coccyx area to the top of your head, draw a line with the smoke, go up and down three times. Then you can rest it to finish burning.
