How to use:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add half the contents before it reaches a full boil, turn off the heat, and allow it to cool. Once cooled, strain out the herbs and discard them.

For a shower: Shower normally, turn off the water, and pour the herbal water from head to toe.
